1 - measurements bah! who does that with these salads
2 - Dave calls this "A mother and child reunion"
Makes 3 Cups
4 Chicken Breasts. Cooked, cooled and cut into cubes. (I tear by hand)
*2.5 oz celery (approx 1.5 full stalks) washed, trimmed, cut into 1" pieces (optional I found it completely unecessary)
1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup mayo
2 hard boiled eggs (cooled and peeled - and chopped)
*could also try diced grapes or serve grapes on the side
They say put it in the food processor but no way do not do that unless you want chicken salad soup!
