Bacon, Apple and Brussels

Bacon, Apple and Brussels  - Eve Christman



Cook 5 slices of turkey bacon and crumble it. Halve brussel sprouts and dice 1 large, green apple. Melt ¼ cup of coconut oil in the microwave. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add in 2 tablespoons of raw honey and 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Mix around so everything is coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, roast on a baking sheet for 15 minutes, or until soft.
