1 clove minced garlic
1 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated parm
1/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Rinse off chicken (I always rinse chicken. It's not just about germs it seems to come out better when I do that)
Trim the chicken how you want - I like strips or small crunchy pieces.
Combine butter and garlic.
In another bowl combine bread crumbs, parm and seasonings.
Dip chicken in butter then bread crumb stuff - it does make a difference how heavy or light you are with each so experiment with it until you get it how you like it.
Place chicken into ungreased whatever size baking pan.
Bake uncovered at 400° for 20-25 minutes.
