The sauce...(which is the boss)
Cook 1 lb of cut up bacon in a big skillet.
Add 1 big diced white onion. Cook until starting to get clear.
Drain grease.
Add 3/4 cup of brown sugar to the pan and simmer until sugar dissolves.
Squirt in 1 cup ketchup and 2 TB of yellow mustard (hot dog mustard)
Mix your sauce and 53 oz.of regular cans of pork and beans (sans liquidy part) into a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
