Chicken with Artichokes and Lemon

1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper
At least 12 oz. of artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped
1 lemon thinly sliced
1 tsp thyme

Rinse chicken.
Evenly sprinkle salt, pepper and tyme to taste over chicken. 
Put lemon slices and artichokes on top and bake 375° for 20 minutes or however long you normally cook chicken breast.
