Gluten Free Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Whisk together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • In separate bowl, mix coconut flour with baking powder and xanthan gum.
  • Whisk dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in cheese.
  • Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
  • Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
