Vegan "Bone" Broth

If you're not giving scraps to chickens than put everything in here!

Large stock pot with pure water
"Real" salt or pink himalayan salt (start with 2 TB)
1 sweet potato skins and all (thick slices)
1 whole regular "potata"
A ton of fresh parsley - stems and all. Cut a bunch into thirds.
Kale
Icelandic Kelp (https://www.amazon.com/Hoosier-Hill-Farm-Organic-Icelandic/dp/B00D9X7VFM/ref=cm_wl_huc_item)
Mushroom - like a dried chaga
1 whole garlic chopped (skins included)
1 whole onion sautee in pan a little with ghee or coconut oil
On LOW 6-8 hours
