No Bake Cookie In A Bowl

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut (healthy fat & fiber)
1 tbsp molasses (rich in iron)
2-3 tbsp crunchy peanut butter (healthy fat & protein)
1/2 tsp cocoa powder (antioxidants)

Mix. Eat. Repeat.
