Ground Turkey Seasoning Mix

Use when you are substituting ground turkey for ground beef.

2 TB nutmeg
2 TB thyme
2 TB garlic powder
2 TB sage

1/2 tsp per 1 lb ground turkey
Add 2 TB ketchup and 1 TB soy sauce
