*Made this today using Peppercorns from Penzey's (India - Special Extra Bold) and it's probably the best smelling pepper I've ever had. It almost smells like there is some cardamom in it but it's just Tellicherry peppercorns. Also for tacos we've tried the Arizona Dreaming Salt Free blend from Penzey's but I really don't like it I'm actually going to rinse out the bottle today to use it for something else. This post has my favorite taco seasoning. I double what's there and it fits almost perfectly into my jar :)
